The head of one of the best known suppliers to estate agents is to quit just months after the business was sold to ZPG.
Suzie Pattison, managing director of Ravensworth, is leaving after 28 years.
The business’s activities include the printing of particulars, pioneering on-demand particulars.
ZPG paid an undisclosed sum for Ravensworth last year.
Last night, a ZPG spokesperson told EYE: “We can confirm that Suzie will be leaving the business in the summer and thank her for all her support since we bought the business last year.
“We now have a new general manager in place who will work closely with Suzie and the team over the coming months to ensure we continue to provide the best in class on-demand print and creative marketing services to our members.”

An end of an era. We have been using Ravensworth for 28 years and Suzie has always looked after us, from brochures to window cards, mini mags etc and even when we decided to rebrand and had 2 weeks to do it she came up trumps. She understands her customers and understands the industry. You will be a huge miss Suzie. Ravensworth won’t be the same without you. Good Luck for the future.
ZPG have had a massive mistake letting Suzie leave that business. She lives, eats and breathes Ravensworth and I sincerely hope that this wasn’t bully boy tactics that have pushed her out. There are some incredibly loyal people in Ravensworth and it would be a real shame to see that affected.
Hats off Suzie, your service to agents and suppliers has been second to none and I very much hope that you will remain in the industry. Niche – sign her up fast.

There aren’t many ‘suppliers’ who can hold their head up high and know they’ve always done a superb job and acted in the industry’s best interests – but Suzie is one of those elite few.
