Bloor Homes has signed a 12-month contract with property website Zoopla.
Zoopla and Bloor Homes said they will work closely together to “attract high-intent home searchers considering a new-build home”.
All of Bloor Homes’ 80 developments across all nine regions in England will list on Zoopla. As Bloor Homes’ partner of choice, Zoopla will also support the company’s marketing across the development life cycle for schemes in areas including Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.
Founded in 1969, Bloor Homes is currently the UK’s ninth largest housebuilder and is headquartered in Leicestershire.
Mark Powell, group sales & marketing director at Bloor Homes, said: “Our partnership with Zoopla is further commitment to ensuring we have the analytical data we need as a business to support our teams at every stage of the development lifecycle and across all our sites.
“We look forward to working with Zoopla over the coming year.”
