Major franchise reveals rebrand

Northwood, which has more than 90 locally owned offices across the UK, has unveiled a new look for its nationwide estate and letting agency

Belvoir Group, which owns the Northwood brand, recently appointed Harrison Carloss to revamp the brand.

Kiara Simmance, Marketing Director, Belvoir Group, said: “Harrison Carloss designed the refreshed branding for Northwood and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

“They took the time to understand our business, our franchisees and our customers and came up with a brand that was just what we needed, an evolution not a revolution. The ongoing communication and project management was great, and we felt reassured throughout.

“The brand is now live and being tried and tested in the ‘real world’ and we’re still just as happy with the outcome. We look forward to working with Harrison Carloss for future Northwood marketing campaigns.”

The obvious thing for someone to have said at one of the meetings: ‘When you’re driving down the road or see a board from a distance, they look VERY much like PurpleBricks’ boards.
Northwood Barnstaple has a board on Rolle Street, and every time I drive by, I think of PurpleBricks before I think of Northwood. Someone had a duty to mention the similarity in branding and question if it was a wise decision.

I quite like it – nice, modern, inoffensive, nothing not to like, really.

However it’s very, very similar to the new Nationwide branding, which itself now looks like NatWest.

But still, a vast improvement on the old branding.
