The LSL Estate Agency Franchising has announced the completion of a franchise deal for LetCo, a specialist lettings business, as part of the expansion of the existing franchise business Edwards Rose Property Group Ltd (ERPG).
LetCo, based in Whiteley, South West England, is a well-established agency in the local area. The company has been under the leadership of Oliver Smart since 2015.
The business will now operate under the ownership of ERPG Ltd, with directors David Vertannes, Nicholas Goulden, and Oliver Smart continuing to drive its success.

While it will be business as usual for all our landlords and tenants, we have some exciting plans in the pipeline.
