LSL, parent company of brands including Your Move, Reeds Rains and Marsh & Parsons, is reducing the size of its in-house recruitment facility called the Talent Team.

Yesterday, the company said it would still be recruiting.

A spokesperson said: “LSL continues to offer exciting job opportunities facilitated by our internal recruitment team, and whilst there has been a review of this team, we will continue to work to support the Group’s business strategy through the attraction and retention of high-calibre people.

“This includes, within our estate agency division, a dedicated team supporting, as before, recruitment across England, Scotland and Wales.

“The Group’s recruitment function of 13 is being reduced to 11 and we are actively looking at opportunities to deploy affected colleagues into other roles within the Group.”
