LSL Property Services chair acquires £400,000 in shares

David Barral, non-executive chair of LSL Property Services, has purchased 179,176 shares in the provider of services to mortgage intermediaries and franchised estate agencies, at an average of £2.22 each, worth £397,950.

The acquisition, which was made between 14 and 15 December 2023, means that Barral’s total shareholding in LSL is 219,259. He took over as chair in May.
