LSL Land and New Homes has announced the appointment of Neil Dickens as regional managing director for its northern division.

He joins from Sequence where he had the equivalent role and succeeds Shaun Peart who was appointed managing director for LSL Land and New Homes last July.

Dickens said: “I am delighted to be joining LSL and see this as a perfect opportunity to apply my extensive knowledge of the land and new homes market in a company that is clearly positioned as a leader in its field – not only in terms of the services it offers but the data and support it can offer developers and customers alike.”
