LSL firm Davis Tate expands with acquisition

Davis Tate, Thames Valley independents who are now part of LSL, have acquired a lettings business, Stirling Property Agents.

Stirling, which was formerly called Eurolink, has just under 100 fully managed properties, mainly in the Reading area.

Two staff from Stirling, Jay Lota and Suzanne Day, have now joined Davis Tate’s lettings team.

Davis Tate joined LSLi in February 2012 as part of an investment and exit strategy, with the two joint managing directors, Matthew Davis and David Tate, agreeing to stay on for five years before retirement.

Davis Tate recently acquired another lettings business, Yates Lettings, with two offices in Oxfordshire.

The business, established in 1991, now has 13 branches. It says it is looking for further acquisitions.

Hi Nigel. Very happy to have your clarification on this. However I have amended your post to remove the plug for your company. As you know, we’d be delighted to offer you one of our very cost-effective packages if you’d like to market Veco to our readers.
