Two long-serving directors of Featherstone Leigh have taken ownership of the independent estate agency as the business restructures its branch network.

Brendan Wynne and Fraser Allen have acquired the South West London agency after almost 20 years with the firm.

The pair joined Featherstone Leigh just one week apart in 2006 and subsequently became directors.

Their takeover marks a change of ownership alongside a shift in the agency’s physical presence.

Featherstone Leigh plans to consolidate its multiple high street locations into a single flagship hub in Richmond.

The independent operates across the South West London property market, covering residential sales and lettings.

The agency said the move to one central location reflects changes in how consumers now buy, sell and rent property.

Wynne and Allen will lead the business under the new ownership structure as Featherstone Leigh moves ahead with the consolidation.

Allen commented: “I’ve specialised in lettings since 2010 because I love the pace of it and the relationships you build along the way.

“Our ambition is simple: to grow our lettings and management business while continuing to provide the personal service we’re known for.”

Wynne added: “We’ve spent years watching this area up close. We know what works, what doesn’t, and what it deserves.

“We have embraced bringing a fresh approach to sales and lettings as the property market continues to evolve.”

Previous owner Robert Leigh said: “Brendan and Fraser have been colleagues and friends for many years. They present a dynamic partnership, and I wish them every success over the coming years.”
