The owners of Ellis & Co’s Greenford office have completed a first independent acquisition – taking the branch’s managed portfolio beyond 250 properties.

Deepak Mehta, Ravi Khetani and Cristina Siladi have acquired more than 70 properties from the portfolio of West London agency Windmill Residential.

The acquisition comes as Mehta approaches 20 years with Ellis & Co, having bought the agency’s Wembley Park office back in 2003.

Five years later, he purchased the Wembley Central office, with Khetani and Siladi joining the team in 2007 and 2010 respectively.

In 2015, the trio launched the Greenford branch, before purchasing the portfolio of Mehta’s former Wembley Park office in 2021 to combine the north London’s branches as Ellis & Co Wembley.

Mehta said: “It’s been quite a journey since 2003 and this acquisition is extremely pleasing after a sustained period of organic growth for both the Greenford and Wembley offices.

“Since opening the Greenford branch in 2015, we’ve been non-stop and the driving forces for the success we’ve had are really Ravi and Cristina.”

The Windmill Residential acquisition takes Mehta, Khetani Cristina’s combined portfolio across their two offices to more than 750 properties.
