London agent sponsors bus route in Hong Kong as it markets investment seminars

London agent Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings is now sponsoring a bus route in Hong Kong.

The firm manages London properties owned by landlords in Hong Kong and later this month is to give seminars in Hong Kong on investing in London.

The route it is sponsoring is that of the No 10 Light Bus. Public Light Blue Buses are 16-seaters, typically serving areas that standard buses cannot reach, and constantly criss-cross Hong Kong with drivers having the flexibility to choose their routes.

These forms of public transport carry some 1.5m people each day, and the advertisements are seen by countless other motorists.

The No 10 route weaves through many of Hong Kong’s wealthiest areas.

Managing director Anita Mehra said: “We’re very proud to sponsor the No 10 PLB.

“It is part of our continued campaign to raising awareness of the Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings brand across Hong Kong and has already proved wildly successful.

“Already we’ve had two new landlords walk through our doors wishing to instruct us to manage their London properties, and many other people have commented on the ads.”
