One of London’s most noted agents, Greene & Co, has decided against joining OnTheMarket.
David Pollock, managing director of the firm made famous in a BBC fly-on-the-wall documentary, said yesterday: “Greene & Co hasn’t signed up to OnTheMarket.
“I’d like to wait and see and review its effectiveness and in the meantime stick with Rightmove and Zoopla who work hard with us as partners.”
The firm says it has ambitious expansion plans for this year and has just moved into a new 9,000 sq ft head office in Maida Vale.
The company is also due to open a new office in Kentish Town this month, bringing branch numbers to eight.
Hope RM/Zoopla wack up their prices to help with their losses.

Sorry.. but is this a adverb for Greene & Co? as the article says "One of London’s most noted agents" with less than 8 branches.. that's even less than remax, how have 18 branches and they are still called a small player.

The words "ambitious" and "I'd like to wait and see" are perhaps a little contradictory!
