Boutique estate agency Haus Properties has opened a new office in Chelsea – marking a seeming recovery in its recent fortunes.

Haus was founded by high-profile Apprentice runner-up Jamie Lester and expanded to four offices in London before apparently closing two of them a year ago.

The branches were very highly specified and designed, and we are told the new office will follow the trend (below).

Last November, Lester abruptly sold his shares to business partner Amin Omidi, who now runs the agency.

Omidi said the time was “right” to expand.

The new office means there are now three in the network.
