Lomond’s Human Resources team has been named HR Team of the Year at the 2025 Appreciation Awards, hosted by Reward Gateway and Edenred.

The awards recognise HR teams that enhance employee experience and drive a culture of appreciation. Lomond’s HR team was singled out for its commitment to supporting colleagues and fostering a positive workplace.

Lomond has added to its accolades this year, following recognition from the Sunday Times Best Places to Work and Great Place to Work awards.

Since securing investment from ICG in December 2024, Lomond has expanded its presence in the UK lettings market, with acquisitions including Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and Draker.

The company also launched a new website aimed at talent attraction, showcasing career development opportunities, employee resource groups, learning and development programmes, and staff benefits, highlighting the work of its HR and L&D teams.
