Property technology platform teclet, part of Glanty, owned by OnTheMarket, has agreed a deal to provide an automated lettings solution that integrates both end-to-end rental payments and property maintenance.
The payments integration with PayProp provides what teclet describes as ‘the final piece in the puzzle’ for the company.
The benefits for teclet customers include automated payments, bank integration, automated reconciliation, rent arrears management, open banking, as well as multiple payment options.
John Evans, teclet commercial director, commented: “The seamless integration with PayProp is the latest step in providing teclet’s clients with even greater automation through best-in-class providers.
“We had already announced our partnership and integration with Fixflo Pro on property maintenance, and this latest integration now provides complete end-to-end and ongoing automation of the lettings and management process – we feel it is a real game changer for the industry.
“Using our modular solutions to their maximum, letting agents can now automate over 80% of the lettings, accounting and management process, increasing productivity and compliance and raising the bar in terms of consumer engagement and service.”
André Holtshausen, CEO of PayProp UK, described the integration with teclet as “a ground-breaking solution, particularly when combined through the teclet platform with other best in class providers such as Fixflo Pro.”
Another clever piece to the teclet puzzle adding payment automation with PayProp. Clever move by both entities.
