London-based lettings and fintech platform, Yorlet, has secured £350,000 in seed funding, led by Goldsmith Ventures.
Yorlet was founded by friends Max Cartwright and Will Stenhouse, with a view to becoming a recognised provider of software and payments solutions to the rental market.
Yorlet provides a fully integrated suite of products to create tenancies, digitise rent collection, remit funds, and onboard landlords.
The platform is designed for agents of all sizes, and includes automated workflows, intuitive user interfaces and a vast array of payment options.
Goldsmith Ventures is a new specialist venture firm from Pringle Capital – a major angel networks. Founded by podcaster James Pringle, Goldsmith Ventures is launching an EIS fund in April 2022 and Yorlet is one of a handful of deals Goldsmith Ventures has invested in ahead of the fund launching.
Cartwright, the firm’s CEO, said: “Our mission is to help estate agents deliver excellent and meaningful customer service, realise ambitious growth plans and introduce new revenue streams. This investment will be dedicated to the success of our customers and in 2022 we remain focussed on continuously delivering market-leading solutions.”
