Three industry professionals have joined forces to launch WTS Property Consultants, a new licensed, leisure and commercial property agency with offices in Birmingham and London.
The trio of founder-directors – George Walker, Richard Tole and Jack Sinclair – previously worked together at James A Baker, a chartered surveyor now part of the Savills group after a buyout last year.
The client list of the new business includes Asda, Wagamama, EG Group, Punch Pubs & Co and Star Pubs & Bars. The agency specialises in acquisitions, sales and lettings, asset and estate management, lease advisory, valuation, appraisal and development, as well as expert witness and consultancy services.
Walker’s previous work includes client-side experience for Star Pubs & Bars. Sinclair’s experience includes work at director level for Savills and James A Baker. Tole, meanwhile, worked as a chartered accountant with Deloitte before moving into the licensed sector working for Punch Taverns focusing on acquisitions, disposals and development projects. He also ran his own consultancy – Hamilton Tole – for a year before co-founding WTS.
“After a successful year for Hamilton Tole, I am delighted to announce that I have joined forces with my former colleagues George Walker and Jack Sinclair to form WTS Property Consultants,” Tole said.
“We provide specialist commercial property advice to a wide variety of landlord, occupier, developer and investor clients across the UK. I am excited to be working with George and Jack again and with existing and new clients,” Tole added.
