The Leaders Romans Group has made a new appointment to its senior management team.

Sarah Thompson joins from LSL as managing director of financial services.

She started her career as an estate agent in Gosport, Hampshire, in 1988, before going into the financial services sector in 1991, joining LSL.

Since then she has enjoyed a variety of roles, including at insurance giant Aviva, before rejoining LSL as financial services director in 2001.

Latterly, she had a business development director role with the group, which includes Your Move, Reeds Rains and Marsh & Parsons.

Thompson said that she is now looking forward to expanding the financial services proposition at Leaders Romans, which has a partnership with the Mortgage Advice Bureau.
