Leaders Romans Group has continued with its expansion plans by acquiring Guardian Residential Lettings in Harlow.
The company is the longest serving, independent agency in Harlow Town Centre having been in the property business since 1994.
Approximately 15 miles from Leaders Chelmsford, and 10 miles from its recent acquisition of EuroLet in Bishop’s Stortford (see below), this acquisition will complement LRG’s growing presence in the area, according to Matthew Light, Group Mergers and Acquisitions Director.
Guardian Residential Lettings has one branch which will be rebranded to become Leaders Harlow shortly. All of the current staff will remain with the business.
This is LRG’s fourth acquisition so far this year.
