Leaders Romans Group has announced another acquisition – the second to be revealed this week.
It has bought six-branch sales and lettings agency Outlook Property.
Outlook Property has five branches in east London – at Stratford, Leyton, Walthamstow, Royal Docks and Docklands (ExCel) – and one in Tottenham, north London.
The business, which initially started as a lettings-only business, was founded in 2001 and previously owned by Marlon Fox and Daniel Barbanel.
All 46 employees transfer across to LRG. The owners will leave the business after a short handover period.
Five of the six offices now offer sales, while the office in Royal Docks is lettings only. All the offices will trade under their existing branding.
Matt Light, group mergers and acquisition director, said: “We are excited to welcome another fantastic establishment into the group.
“Outlook Property represents an excellent opportunity for us to expand the LRG geography into east and north London, which are neighbouring territories to those already occupied by Leaders.”
It is understood that LRG has other acquisitions in the pipeline, although one expected announcement has not materialised.
