Leaders Romans Group agrees three-year deal with PropTech platform

Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has renewed its partnership with The Depositary for another three years.

Since the start of its collaboration in early 2022, The Depositary says it has helped LRG conclude more than 40,000 tenancies, delivering an estimated saving of 100,000 hours of manual labour through our innovative automation and streamlining processes.

Michael Cook, chief executive officer, LRG, commented: “At LRG, we’re committed to ensuring fair and transparent resolutions for all parties at the end of tenancies. Our in-house procedures, combined with The Depositary’s innovative platform, have made this process faster and more efficient, removing much of the emotion and uncertainty often associated with property returns. By promoting transparency and fairness, this partnership has transformed how we approach end-of-tenancy processes, delivering positive outcomes for both tenants and landlords.”

Looking ahead the deal will help LRG with its upcoming transition to Reapit, which will provide the estate agency group and users of the digital platform with the company hoes will be the gold standard in automation and streamlining tenancy conclusions.

Kim Lidbury, group director of property management, LRG, said: “Working with The Depositary has significantly streamlined our processes, saving countless hours on end-of-tenancy management, resulting in quicker releases of deposits for our tenants and landlords. Their dedication to platform development has been outstanding, especially in seamlessly integrating with our new CRM system, Reapit. This partnership has been invaluable, and we’re thrilled to continue working together to deliver even greater efficiency and service excellence in the years to come.”

“Our partnership with LRG has been a remarkable journey, and we are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together over the past three years,” said Kristjan Byfield, Co-Founder at The Depositary. “We look forward to continuing to support LRG in delivering outstanding service to their landlords and tenants, while driving further innovation and efficiency in the property management sector.”
