The London market may be tightening, but that did not stop Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward treating 45 members of staff to an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas.
The four-night trip was a reward for their achievements during the first six months of this year.
Highlights included a helicopter tour and breakfast in the Grand Canyon National Park, a visit to the Top of the World restaurant at Stratosphere and for the brave, a bungee jump off the 252-metre high building, a Cirque du Soleil show and a trip to the Little White Wedding Chapel.
KFH is renowned for its incentive trips which, in addition to its annual skiing trip to Verbier, Switzerland, have also included excursions to New York, Hong Kong, Moscow, Cape Town and Barbados.
Lee Watts, managing director, said: “KFH has had a culture of rewarding its staff who excel with enhanced commission and bonus schemes installed across all disciplines across the company.
“Our incentive trips are an added bonus for the elite, providing them with an extraordinary five-star experience of some of the greatest cities in the world. The competition for places on these incentive trips is therefore understandably high.”
But was it a last hurrah for the London market – until, of course, the next time?
I don't have a problem with rewarding successful staff but this sort of article is a good one for the online agents to use against the traditionals!
