Of relevance to this story, Glenn Armstrong, the millionaire investor featured in this programme, currently has a statutary demand implemented against him for an unpaid court settlement. This is the final chapter of a 6 year battle between him and one of his clients, Teresa Rolland. It is a very complex case, but, in summary, Teresa parted with £130K to have Mr Armstrong help her create wealth in property – but ended up with nothing to show for it.The statutary demand is her last resort to recoup some of the money she lost after interacting with Mr Armstrong and believing that he could help her invest in property.
