
Knight Frank has won the Best Customer Focus at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The ceremony, hosted by the Institute of Customer Service, took place on 7 March 2023 at London’s Hilton Park Lane.
The award recognises the firm’s commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers and clients. Other customer-centric brands shortlisted for the prize included Bupa, Virgin and Zurich Insurance.
