Knight Frank has opened a new residential office in Yorkshire, covering all areas of the North Yorkshire Dales to the North Yorkshire Moors.
The team at the new office, located on Blake Street in central York, will be led by head of sales, Melissa Lines, who brings with her over 26 years of experience in residential and new build properties.
Lines is joined by an experienced sales team who will cover the management and progression of sales. They will also work closely with the head of rural consultancy, James Farrell, and rural senior surveyor Hanna Renwick.
The team will also collaborate with Edward Welton, from Knight Frank’s Country department who handles some of the area’s most prestigious properties.
Lines commented: “I am delighted to have joined Knight Frank, a brand I have admired for some time. I look forward to growing our presence across Yorkshire and building on our superb reputation. Delivering a first-class service to our clients and showing what a fantastic county Yorkshire is to live and work.”
Christopher Dewe, Northern England regional partner at Knight Frank, commented, “She [Lines] is a dynamic and proactive agent with an extensive knowledge of the Yorkshire market, having worked in the area for a number of years, both for national and local companies.
“Melissa ensures customer service is at the core of everything she does, and I have no doubt that with her leadership and dedication, she will continue to add great value to all of our clients.”
