Knight Frank makes two key hires from its competitors

Knight Frank has made two key hires – one from Foxtons and the other from Stirling Ackroyd – to run two of its newer offices.

Mark Ruffell, previously a sales manager with Foxtons, is to head up Knight Frank’s Woolwich office.

Simon Boulton, who was head of residential sales at Stirling Ackroyd where he ran six teams, is joining Knight Frank as head of its Aldgate branch.

Separately, Jemma Scott has swapped to join Knight Frank’s buying agency, The Buying Solution, as a partner.

She was previously a partner in Knight Frank’s lettings division covering London and then the home counties.

In her new role she will cover the northern home counties, specialising in both rental and sales homes above the £1.5m mark.
