Knight Frank has shut its town centre office in Bishop’s Stortford and relocated to a new base on the outskirts.
Knight Frank’s North Street branch is now vacant and staff are working from The Residence co-working space at Wickham Hall.
Paddy Pritchard-Gordon, a partner of the Bishop’s Stortford and Cambridge business, said: “Our rural team of six has moved to our new office on Station Road in Cambridge. Therefore we didn’t need all the space in 26 North Street, so our residential team will be based out of The Residence.
“We are still very much focused on selling houses in the Bishop’s Stortford patch.”
Knight Frank has 450 offices and more than 20,000 representatives in over 50 territories.
