Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is collaborating with data experts Aiimi to completely overhaul its existing residential sales CRM with a powerful, custom-built platform called OpenHouse NextGen.
Combining Aiimi’s machine learning and user experience capabilities with KFH’s datasets, OpenHouse NextGen focuses on user-centricity. Its intuitive and mobile-first design will power easy accessibility to interconnected data on any device from any location at any time.
Employees will be able to engage with interactive dashboards and view real-time visual snapshots of sales progression, contacts (leads, buyers, vendors), calendars, and events across all 60 London-based branches. Quick reference visualisations can also be easily digested into more detailed analytical reports to help direct and drive operational and strategic decision-making.
Anna Macleod, group technology and marketing director at KFH, said: “We’re excited to work with the fantastic team at Aiimi again. Aiimi understand our business and our technology road map – and they’ve been on our transformation journey for several years already. They are a key partner in this venture.”
Tom O’Farrell, chief customer officer at Aiimi, added: “We’re delighted to be working with KFH in the delivery of the OpenHouse NextGen system, and its far-reaching role in their long-term strategic transformation. The KFH team is forward-thinking, pragmatic, and dynamic. Their refreshing approach to realising the full potential value of their data is truly inspiring.”
