KFH hits £400,000 milestone for London Youth

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has raised £400,000 for their charity partner, London Youth, which supports young Londoners.

Since the partnership began in 2017, the London-based independent property services groups, has raised awareness and fundraised through a variety of initiatives across its network of more than 60 branches throughout the capital.

Activities and fundraising events by KFH staff have included caving in Yorkshire, marathons, scaling the three peaks, sports days, under water walks, bike rides, obstacle courses, golf days and abseils, to name just a few. Staff have also volunteered their time to help London Youth and its members, redecorating clubs, providing career insights, adjudicating panels, and assisting at sporting events.

KFH also donates £1 to London Youth for every residential sales and lettings valuation conducted. The funds raised are unrestricted, giving London Youth the opportunity to ensure that they can support a wide range of programmes and services that empower young people to reach their full potential.

Julian Peak, KFH South East London sales director, said: “We are so proud of our partnership with London Youth. It has provided a firsthand look at the incredible impact they and their member organizations have on young Londoners. We’re honoured to support their vital work. The fundraising and volunteering efforts at KFH have become embedded in our culture and they empower us to make a tangible difference to the lives of London’s youth. KFH remains committed to changing the lives of young Londoners through this incredibly special partnership.”

Pauline Daniyan, London Youth’s CEO, added: “Our partnership with KFH over the last seven years has helped us champion and strengthen London’s youth organisations, and advocate for a sustainable youth sector. Partnerships like this enable us to achieve our mission to support young Londoners to access opportunities, gain skills, and become the best they can be.”
