Connells Residential Lettings has appointed three new lettings area managers to grow its central division business in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

Bill Burn, Daniel McCarthy and Nicholas Browne take up their roles immediately and bring a combined 48 years of industry experience with them.

Burn joins from Connells’ subsidiary Sequence to oversee the lettings business across Wiltshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire, with a particular focus on the booming market in Slough.

McCarthy is tasked with developing the fast-growing market in and around Oxford and Browne will drive the business in Bedfordshire and east Hertfordshire, with a focus on the growing market in Luton.
