Key appointment as Romans beefs up property management business

Romans has strengthened its growing property management division with the recruitment of Louise Griffiths in a new director position.

Griffiths has previously worked as a regional director at both Savills and Hamptons International and sits on the ARLA board.

She will have overall responsibility for managing the critical functions of property management within Roman’s lettings division, through both organic growth and the integration of mergers and acquisitions.

She is managing some 85 property management staff, a headcount which is set to increase over the next 12 months.

Romans, which is headquartered in the Thames Valley, last month merged with Leaders. Both firms are highly acquisitive in their own right.
