Countrywide’s upmarket brand John D Wood & Co has announced a new association with a fellow Countrywide agent in Cornwall.

The partnership is with Country & Waterside, an estate agency based in Truro which specialises in upmarket properties – sought after as second homes by wealthy Londoners including those who enjoy surfing.

The deal means that Country & Waterside’s properties will have marketing exposure via John D Wood’s network of 17 London and five country offices.

Country & Waterside already has similar partnerships with other Countrywide brands.

The latest one means that Cornish properties will go on the major property portals which include Rightmove, Primelocation and Zoopla as well as on John D Wood’s own website which generates over 100,000 visits a month.

Clients will also have the opportunity to have their properties featured in national press advertising including The Sunday Times and in John D Wood & Co’s own property magazine which is distributed to 100,000 London households.

Country & Waterside’s properties will also be promoted to the national and consumer press by John D Wood & Co’s in-house press offfice based in Kensington which has daily contact with top national property journalists and regularly achieves free editorial coverage for client’s properties.
