Job advert of the month: And could Prince Harry be interested?

Job advert of the month: Spotted on Twitter yesterday and it’s what you might call opportunistic – anyone wanting to follow in Prince Harry’s footsteps and achieve financial independence is invited to apply for a job at London agent Martyn Gerrard.

Actually, when you come to think of it, Prince Harry himself could do worse than consider a career in estate agency. Plenty of transferable skills, we’d say.

The only real disadvantage as far as he’s concerned would be how the tabloids might lap it up . . .

I seem to remember another famous Harry wanting to become an estate agent! Whatever became of that? 😉

You can just imagine him on his first day…

Oh, doesn’t one have one’s leads served to one?

Which of my staff shall I send out on the 8pm viewing? What? I don’t have staff?

I have to drive myself to the appointment?!

Commission? What is commission? Doesn’t one get a massive free handout at the end of each month?

Harry’s 1st Valuation …1 Week before appointment and Special Branch arrive to interview owner/neighbours, do a security survey, then a few days later Metropolitan Police cordon off the street/property and sweep for anything suspect, Snipers on rooftops, catering for Press …..then, on the Big Day …half an hour before Harry’s Appointment the Owner calls Harry and says “ I can’t get into my street/house, apparently some sort of security operation, can I give you a call next week to re-arrange? ”

Harry replies “ Right, well, ok, uuuumm …..I’ll speak to Megan and check my diary as I might be in Canada next week? “
