Jackson-Stops continues to expand network with new branches and members

Jackson-Stops continues to grow its presence with a wave of new agents entering the business.

In the last six months alone, the network has welcomed three new members, resulting in two new office openings in Cheltenham and Oundle.

Jackson-Stops now has more than 40 branches and 25 members across the UK. The new directors have strengthened the network from the Cotswolds through to Taunton and bring a breadth of expertise, fresh contacts and skills to the Group.

Chris Jarrett has recently opened the Jackson-Stops Cheltenham office, having joined the group after spending 13 years at Savills, most recently as head of Office in Cheltenham.

Jarrett said: “In the competitive world of estate agency, brand strength is everything. Jackson-Stops stands out as an undoubtedly top-tier brand that offers agents the perfect combination of autonomy and brand recognition. This is precisely why I chose to join.”

Marcus Browne has recently acquired the Taunton office from Brian Bishop who will remain as a consultant with the business. Browne joins from Knight Frank, having previously worked at Strutt & Parker, Savills and Winkworth.

Brendan May, until recently a partner as well as growth and training director at Hortons, is set to open a new Jackson-Stops office in Oundle, bringing a solid background in estate agency and business coaching.

Nick Leeming, chairman at Jackson-Stops, commented: “The recent additions of Chris, Marcus and Brendan to the Jackson-Stops network underscore the great opportunities for ambitious estate agents to join an established brand. Our unique group structure enables members to run their own business while accessing centralised resources, support and national brand visibility.

“We are particularly focused on expanding along the M4 corridor between Windsor and Bristol, seeking driven professionals specialising in mid to higher-value country markets. Estate agents operating in this area who align with our values and are looking for the challenge, excitement and rewards of running their own business are encouraged to make contact.”
