It’s a nightmare – estate agents get their message across in a very scary way

Spotted on a busy London road – the frightful sight of estate agents dressed up as, er, estate agents.

This is how the sales directors at Horton and Garton decided to attire themselves for Halloween – and yes, spookily, there’s an irony alert.

The firm’s dress code does not extend to suits and ties.

Their Halloween message has been seen on Chiswick High Road for the last week and today will be unleashed on social media.

Director Paul Cooney – the one on the right – said: “We laughed until we cried when we were brainstorming this shoot back in September.”

Associate director James Liggins, left, said: “What better way to have fun on Halloween than to dress up as people’s perception of estate agents.

“Ours is a vilified profession, often for good reasons, so we think this will make locals smile.”

  1. Cheese.

Is it just me, or does this look like a smear campaign against their own agency? Weird.
