If either of the British number ones Andy Murray or Johanna Konta wins Wimbledon, the firm will waive its fee entirely, including all marketing and advertising costs.

The London firm says the offer applies to all its London offices, with the exception of Mayfair & St James.

The only condition is that the property must have an agreed sale within 12 weeks of instruction.
