Independent estate agency acquires rival firm

Christian Lewis Property in Evesham has acquired independent estate agency Bomford and Coffey, which is based in Pershore, extending its presence into the town.

The Broad Street office will be retained, along with the existing team, to ensure continuity for clients. Bomford and Coffey was founded by James Bomford, who has operated the business for more than 30 years.

Christian Lewis Property has traded across Worcestershire since 2010. Christian Lewis was approached by James Bomford to take on the agency he established in the early 1990s.

The acquisition expands Christian Lewis Property’s coverage into Pershore and its surrounding areas.

Christian Cloke, founder, Christian Lewis, said: “Since establishing Christian Lewis in 2023, the support we have received has been incredible. We are delighted to now be expanding into another market town where independent businesses play such an important role in the local community.”
