Independent estate agency acquires rival firm

Normie Estate Agents, established for more than 45 years, has completed the acquisition of Jennie Platt Estates in north Manchester. This strategic move increases the number of letting properties under management to almost 600 units.

The purchase marks a significant milestone in Normie’s growth trajectory. Additionally, the firm’s sales department has listed on a substantial number of properties for sale previously being marketed by Jennie Platt Estates.

We are told that the acquisition aligns with Normie’s vision to expand its footprint and enhance its property management and sales services in the North Manchester area. the agency’s flagship office is located in Prestwich Village.
