Inaccurate property details and trying to get hold of agents are among the most common frustrations people complain of when looking to move house.
A new ComRes poll, of over 2,000 people just before Christmas, found that nearly three in ten find inaccurate representations of properties most frustrating. One in five are most frustrated by the difficulty in finding a convenient time for viewings.
Nearly a fifth of respondents (18%) expressed frustration over the difficulty of communicating with estate agents.
Other frustrations included having to register with several different estate agents (15%).
However, 30% of people could not name any frustrations when it came to dealing with agents.
The poll was commissioned by the Global NoticeBoard, a business which has recently introduced software for agents enabling them to create their own branded apps.
Guy Insull, founder of the business, said: “Our culture is 24/7 and people looking to rent or buy properties expect immediate and accurate information, flexibility for viewings, and almost instant access to their estate agent.”

Money not even mentioned.
Maybe the onliners and hybrids are overestimating the draw of cheap fees.
