Iamproperty raises over £16,500 for charity

Iamproperty has raised a total of £16,515 for its charity of the year, the Tiny Lives Trust, during 2025.

The Newcastle-based PropTech firm once again adopted Tiny Lives as its official charity, supporting the North East organisation dedicated to helping premature and sick babies.

Over the past 12 months, iamproperty employees have taken part in a wide range of fundraising activities, from sponsored challenges to community events, demonstrating their commitment to making a difference in the region.

A team of employees took on a gruelling 12k Total Warrior challenge to raise over £800 and a recent raffle raised more than £900.

Other fundraising activities from employees included its annual golf day, sponsored events and the Great North Run.

The Tiny Lives Trust, which is based in Newcastle, cares for premature and sick babies and their families. Every year, Tiny Lives supports and champions 800 babies and their families at the Newcastle Neonatal Service at the RVI and across the North East and North Cumbria.

The proceeds from iamproperty’s fundraising efforts will go towards Tiny Lives’ annual £580,000 target.

Ben Ridgway, Co-Founder of iamproperty, said: “Our team voted for Tiny Lives to be our charity of the year and it’s fantastic that they have been able to raise over £16,500 for such an important and incredible charity.

“We’re proud of our people for their commitment and determination in raising as much money as possible for the charity, and we’d like to thank everyone who contributed to our grand total.

“We’ve seen some incredible efforts, such as the 12k Total Warrior team, and we are proud of everyone who has supported us this year. The Tiny Lives Trust is an amazing charity, and we are pleased to raise thousands of pounds to help it continue its great work.”
