Hunters has launched a new ‘Personal Agent’ model, aimed at experienced agents who want to operate independently while continuing to work under an established brand.
The model allows agents to trade under the Hunters name, with access to its support and infrastructure, but without the overheads or structure of a traditional branch setup.
This move forms part of Hunters’ wider strategy to adapt its business model and offer greater flexibility to agents in the evolving property market.
“We’re excited to offer this new model to agents who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and who want to run their own business,” said Rob Smith, managing director at Hunters. “With the backing of the trusted Hunters brand, our Personal Agents will have access to proven tools, systems, and training that will help them succeed and grow.”
The first two agents to adopt the Hunters Personal Agent model are launching in Ascot and Leyland, bringing with them strong local knowledge and industry experience.
The Personal Agent model is aimed at experienced professionals who want to run their own business under the Hunters name, operating within an exclusive territory. It offers the flexibility of self-employment alongside the support and standards of an established national agency.
