Zoopla has announced that it will be hosting a 2023 outlook webinar next week to discuss the market outlook for agents amid the backdrop of a challenging economic environment.
Hosted by Zoopla’s executive director of research, Richard Donnell, Nikki Cole, director of national sales, and Adam Noonan, director of corporate, franchise and virtual, the webinar will discuss the market trends agents need to know about for the coming year – alongside how to keep their sales rate growing.
They will also discuss the outlook for property prices, transactions and the lettings market, the opportunities and challenges in the housing market for the coming year – as well as an exclusive Q&A with Richard Donnell.
The webinar will take place on Thursday the 3rd of November at 10:30am and agents interested in attending can sign up here.
Donnell said: “The final few weeks of the year will be about closing out existing deals for many agents – particularly amid a challenging economic backdrop and concerns about mortgage rates. With many would-be buyers taking a step back from the market to review what the outlook is like as we enter 2023 – this gives agents the opportunity to set themselves up for success. We’ll be covering how to do this – and much more at our webinar next week.”
Zoopla will also be running a tailored webinar for housebuilders on this topic at 1pm on the 2nd of November.
