House prices ‘will rise after general election’

Property prices are likely to head upwards after the election, agents haart said this morning.

It said that history shows house prices have risen in every post-election quarter since 1983.

It said that on average, prices have surged 3.2%.

CEO Paul Smith said that some sellers would want to hold out until after the election, but if they did, they would only end up paying more for their next property.
