Homeflow has announced the rebranding of its latest acquisition, Area, to become Homeflow Lead Manager.
This move aims to streamline and unify Homeflow’s offering to estate agents. The acquisition of Area, completed in late 2022, was the latest in a series of strategic moves by the website and technology providers to extend its proposition.
The company says that Homeflow Lead Manager, which enables estate agents to manage their leads, represents a significant step forward in lead management and automation for estate agents.
Lead Manager offers a range of features that have been developed specifically to meet the needs of estate agents: it centralises all digital leads in one place, helps agents to prioritise and manage leads, including identifying the highest value opportunities; it saves agents considerable time by qualifying leads through customisable questionnaires; and it provides reporting on lead activity, to help agents understand where leads come from, how to handle them most effectively and how the business is performing.
With Lead Manager, estate agents can now provide round-the-clock branded auto-replies 24/7 extending their opening hours and allowing customers to respond on their own schedule.
In addition, Lead Manager also provides insights and reports to help improve business efficiency. This includes highlighting training needs and operational efficiencies.
Nik Chotai, MD of Homeflow, said: “This [the rebranding] is a significant step forward in our mission to help estate agents win more business and unlock growth potential. By integrating Area’s technology into Homeflow, we are now able to offer estate agents revolutionary lead management and automation software that is easy to use and constantly improving.
“Homeflow Lead Manager is a game-changer for estate agents, and we are excited to see how it will transform the industry.”
