Midlands-based Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK) is celebrating its 180th year with the opening of a new flagship office.
SBK has thrown open the doors to state-of-the-art premises after the successful and complete refurbishment of 35-36 Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon.
The branch, which replaced its previous one in Wood Street, will house its sales, lettings and directors’ office all under one roof.
Customers will also be able to access the nine other departments that make up the business including rural, planning and the newly re-launched auctions department.
For the past 180 years Sheldon Bosley Knight has been helping people buy and sell land and property in and around Warwickshire.
When the business began in 1843, it was as a land agency and auction house. Since then it has evolved into a multi-disciplined local property service with 11 different departments.
Director and co-owner Mike Cleary said: “As we celebrate our 180th anniversary, it’s great to be back in the heart of Stratford and we couldn’t be happier with our new home.
“It’s been an exciting 12 months for the business, with acquisitions, expansion, our sales and lettings teams winning multiple awards and our newly re-launched auction department.
“At the heart of it all are our expert, knowledgeable and friendly award-winning teams who are here to help and advise all our customers.
“Pop in to our fabulous branch today and see how we can get you moving!”
