Hello Neighbour has entered into a partnership with inventory provider No Letting Go to offer landlords independent inventories, as well as check-in and check-out services, across its managed portfolio.
The move comes as attention increases on documentation and evidence in the private rented sector, particularly ahead of the Renters’ Rights Act due to take effect in May 2026. Clear records at the start and end of a tenancy are expected to play a larger role in resolving disputes and supporting possession claims.
Inventories have long been used to establish the condition of a property and reduce disagreements between landlords and tenants. Their accuracy and independence are becoming more important as regulatory standards tighten and reliance on written evidence grows.
Hello Neighbour already uses third-party inventory services and said the partnership formalises that approach, extending access to a national provider with established coverage.
No Letting Go has operated in the sector for more than 15 years, with a network of offices across the UK producing inventories and property reports.
Richard Jenkins, Co-Founder and CEO of Hello Neighbour, said: “We are delighted to be working with No Letting Go. Independent inventories are a key part of protecting landlords and tenants, and their professionalism, coverage and consistency make them a strong partner as we continue to raise standards and keep landlords safe.”
Nick Lyons, CEO at No Letting Go, added: “We are pleased to be partnering with Hello Neighbour, a business that shares our focus on accurate, independent property reporting. Our aim is to provide clear, compliant evidence that helps prevent disputes, supports good property management and gives both sides confidence in the record.”
