Hat and Home opens fifth office and new HQ

Hat and Home is venturing into new territory opening its fifth office in the heart of Sandhurst whilst providing the ops team with a fun working environment.

This week saw the launch of its fifth office in Sandhurst which centralises its entire back office operations into a new headquarters.

The 2700sq ft, three-storey building on Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire has undergone a full refurbishment to create a striking high street branch with all the hallmarks of a Hat and Home office and a central hub for its key functions including financial services, fleet & facilities, marketing, sales progression and tenancy services.
Founder Ben Gee commented “As well as a welcoming estate agency branch on the ground floor the upper floors are specifically designed to be a fun and empowering environment for our fantastic operations team.  Our people give 110% every day and deserve a great working space to be able to have fun and relax as well as work hard.”

Managing director, Luke Strzadala, added:  “Sandhurst holds immense potential for Hat and Home, and we are excited to bring our unique proposition to this vibrant community.

“We are already listing properties for sale and let and with our vision of providing our customers with the very best service, Sandhurst is the perfect location to continue this mission”.

Hat and Home are tearing it up even in this market

They are doing a brilliant job. Yet more proof that even in difficult market conditions you need a visible office and presence to gain credibility in the market place.
A lady where I live who operates as a self employed consultant/bedroom agent has appeared to only have gained one instruction since starting several months ago, which is an overpriced home that has been around the block with other agents.
Her social media posts are painful to see- pictures of a dog, her eating out with her family and a generic picture of a street scene. Why would anybody looking to sell what is probably their largest asset use this lady when you have the likes of Savills, Hamptons and some excellent independent agents (with offices and a full team of staff) operating locally? She doesn’t even appear to have a track record in agency.
I doff my cap to Hat & Home and wish them continued success. For clarification I have no connection to them and do not know the people involved. I just think their marketing is incredible and that they should be applauded for their obvious hard work.
