Property management company The FirstPort Group has launched a new London residential real estate team aimed at supporting resident-managed developments across the capital.

This new team is composed of senior management with nearly 60 years’ combined experience working with resident management company (RMC) and right to manage (RTM) directors.

Victoria Peake, who will be heading up the team, said: “Our approach is designed to deliver tailored, high-quality property management solutions that meet both the general and unique challenges of London’s developments.”

Additional support services provided by the division include building safety services, surveying and technical expertise, and company secretarial support.

Peake, operations director, has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and interest in new build and regeneration projects, as well as preserving the capital’s historical mansion block stock.

Craig Covell, head of operations, has been supporting London-based resident-managed developments for over 18 years. 

Joining him as head of operations is Leanne Barker, who began her career in property management 20 years ago. Her team specialises in managing both purpose-built period mansion blocks and conversions in London.
