Google trends reveal most searched property questions

We all want to know our customers better. Understanding potential buyers and renters is the key to delivering a good service which in turn results into strong customer relationships and new sales.

However, understanding the customers’ psyche is not always easy. But new analysis by GoodMove could potentially help.

The company, using Google search data, has revealed the most Googled property questions over the past 12 months.

Here they are:

Can you sell property after probate?

A 400% increase in searches year-on-year 

What property can I afford?

100% increase in searches

Are property prices going down?

75% increase in searches

How do property auctions work?

68% increase in searches

How is a property valuation done?

49% increase in searches

What should I include in my property viewing checklist?

27% increase in searches

Where do property taxes go?

26% increase in searches
