Good boy! Extra bone for police dog after arrest at estate agency

A late-night break-in at an estate agency was spotted by a member of the public, who called the police.

Police dog Jenson and his handler PC Leo Blyth interrupted the burglary and duly made an arrest.

The action, shortly before midnight, happened at Leaders in Norwich, close to the Dog House pub with its Kennel Bar.

After the arrest, Norfolk and Suffolk Police Dogs unit tweeted out: “Following an observant passer-by PD Jenson deployed and locates burglar on premises. #ExtraBoneTomorrow.”

A man is now in custody awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty.
